I don't have time to be a Nerd... I'm too busy mining LOOT *****es!!!

We all know that one girl that you want to tell, "You're not a nerd. You're just a *kitten* that found a pair of Buddy Holly Glasses."

Shoot them in the face.

Thanks, going to take a nap soon. How do you like my new ticker thing? Lol
-
Thanks guys. How do you get that Despicable Me weight loss gauge?
-
Thanks guys. Good ideas. I stay out 3-4 days at a time, and stay in hotels.

Add me if you like. It's great having a support group.

I climb cell phone towers for a living. It's 300-500' straight up with 50 plus lbs of gear. I drive a lot too from site to site. I recently bought TRX equipment, and workout when my co-worker is doing a climb. I think you should workout if you can because you will always get used to your work exercise.

Home, nothing to do, and nowhere to go. Bored.

I am a human banana. :)

I've been here for about a year. So much to do, and see. I love the mountains here.

Great job.

Go ahead, and eat a ton more calories today. You can't get fat in one day. When I have a cheat day I like to go crazy with it to the point of sickness. Go ahead, and get it out of your system. Tomorrow is another day. Good luck

What type of exercise are you doing?

Great job.

I use MFP mainly to keep up with my calorie intake. If I feel weak or dizzy by what it recommends I increase my calorie intake. Getting enough food is very important when losing weight. If you go too low you will slow your metabolism down. If you are losing 1-2lbs a week, and you are not lethargic then you are in the right…

Looks like you have plenty of carbs in your diet. Maybe more calories. This site only averages things out. A lot of the time I have to eat a little more than what it says I need; to lose weight. Might want to adjust your activity setting up a notch.

HIIT definitely. Check out Bodyrock.tv. All it takes is 15-30 minutes a day. I've been a gym rat all my life, and for weight loss/muscle tone Interval training is the best thing you could possibly do. Also, proper diet is 80% of the equation. make sure to eat enough of the right calories. Good luck.

Crazy Awesome man. Great Job.

Before you buy an expensive piece of equipment try some free things. Interval training is free, and much more effective that hours of walking/running on a treadmill. Check out Bodyrock.tv, youtube, or just google routines. Don't buy a very expensive dust collector. Been there done that. Good luck.

I'll be 43 in a few months, and I promise you that I'm in better shape that many 20 year olds. Nothing is impossible. Get up, get moving, stay moving, eat well, and live healthy. Good luck

I grew up in Mississippi. Around Hattisburg, MS. I've lived all over the US, and I can honestly say that I have no interest in going back there. The southern diet consists of tons of carbs (cornbread), a ton of meat, and the vegetables are prepared with a stick of butter & a cup of sugar along with pork in them. Most…

When I go to the gym I like to do high intensity interval training on the elliptical machine. It is a machine that you can grab hold with your hands, and close your eyes. When I'm about to hit the wall I imagine that running as fast as I can, and am crashing through walls, or mountains. That helps me keep going past my…

Fitness effects your entire life. When you feel good you'll look good, and when you look good you'll be much more attractive. Also, the things you put out, are the things that you will receive. The more healthy you are physically, mentally, financially, and spiritually the better mate you will attract. Good luck.

I know it is kind of a corny book but, "The Secret" has some good ideas about Visualization. Be, Say, Do. :)

Great Job. That is so awesome.

Who in their right mind falls off the wagon with ONLY 5 LBS TO GO? The answer to this is an addict. We are all addicts. We build relationships both physically, and emotionally in our minds with those things that bring us pleasure. You must replace the bad with the good to keep moving forward. Problem is, as we all well…

Thanks guys. I don't know why I never thought about using this site for friendship, and motivation. I'm isolated much of the time, and it is great to write to people with the same interests instead of arguing on Facebook with people about any simple topic.

I would advise increasing your caloric intake, and increasing your intensity. If you are walking. Walk a quarter of the way, stop, do some push ups, walk another quarter, repeat. But make sure to eat enough calories. Eat as much dark green vegetables as possible, no energy drinks, plenty of water, stay away from bread,…
