If she says she'd only have sex with you if you lost 20lbs?

I recently had this happen to me, and I consider myself in great shape. I'm going to lose the weight because it is part of my goals, but I'm never going to sleep with this person because even though she is really hot, and we get along great otherwise; if she doesn't like me for me right now later on it could be really bad. What would you do in the same situation?
