  • Posting all of my information publicly, including Fitocracy (another exercise website I use). Shame is my motivation, shame of getting so out of shape.
  • I post my exercises but doing Couch to 5K... on week 2. So that's running and brisk walking. On my off days just brisk walking. Every day I am also doing strength training, push-ups, crunches, dips.
