Hitting your macros is what matters for most people. The people that should be concerned about meal timing are endurance based athletes. Meal timing as in pre and post workout meals.

You're eating 1000-1200 calories per day PLUS exercise. You're not eating enough. Carbs didn't "pile" the weight on. Eating at a surplus piled the weight on. How many times a week are you working out?

1. You need more calories than 1400-1500 to build muscle. 2. Stop being scared. 3. You have been eating around 1200 calories for at least 6 months. Maybe it's time to take diet break for a week or so.

Considering you consumed less than 1,000 calories, I would say no. That being said, you need to increase your protein.

Interesting. I am one of their success stories. *I* personally never took any anabolics and yes I used every supplement that they list in my story. That being all said, I was naive back then. You don't need 99% of the supplements being sold.

Your hip thrust looks exaggerated. Like your either: 1. trying too hard or 2. the wait is too heavy. That being said, the smith will allow a more controlled motion. If possible use a hack squat machine.
