Your meal timing had nothing to do with it. Just saying. My waist is 32.5 and I eat whenever I want. Yuo mad?
-
You're going to have extremists on both sides of the argument. That being said, do whatever the **** you wanna do. I fasted during prep (when calories were low) and it worked quite well.

This is a great program!

Actually there is some benefit to eating more than once a day and I don't mean 6,7,8.9.

I thought this site was nothing but the logging of macros?

Fantastic post. I doubt you will get any response though. Bashing peanuts is not as hip as bashing aspartame and GMO products.

If you're talking about training day/rest day, then yes it purely psychological. Many believe they are going to get fat, if they consume more on a "rest" day. It's doesn't work like that. Regarding caloric intake. The only one that will truly know is the OP. To say a particular caloric intake is too etc, is reaching.…

Here are the problems: 1. They diet incorrectly during prep or just getting lean. 2. They reach their goal and decide to buik. So they pile on the calories. Most don't give their metabolism enough time to catch to up, so they pile on the weight. 3. They don't allow themselves time to stay in a caloric surplus. You're not…

This method is only used to create a deficit. Rest/Day training macros offer NO advantage over having a straight set of macros 7 days a week.

This thread is comical.

I was under the impression that deficits help with the bottom part of deadlifting? No? Reasonable is subjective. I was just throwing my thoughts out there.

You're a little confused. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=34mViApQiyE Start around 14:00 Better yet, read this: http://weightology.net/weightologyweekly/?page_id=319

The only reason I can see of them including deficit is that many women can't pull a reasonable amount of weight in a standard deadlift? I don't know.

I see what you did there.

The bright lights will drown you out. Even black people look pale as hell with no tan. So we all must tan.

Pu_239 here is Alan's Response to your links you asked me to reference... "Have that cheeky orthorexic bloke link a Paleo comparison trial that ACTUALLY MATCHES MACRONUTRITION. I didn't think so. Now tell him to go take a bath in a river or waterfall (which he does not use his car to arrive to). Such a waste of time &…

This is correct. I didn't even think about that!

Create a calorie deficit via exercise and nutrition.

Sara being a troll? You can't be serious. She is one of the most helpful members on these forums. Pu, I sent Alan a message. I hope he responds.

Is this in active individuals or inactive? Better yet. I am going to pose this question to Alan Aragon, Ian McCarthy, and Eric Helms. Let me see if they can chime in.

5 star thread will read again.

Had a HORRIBLE time low bar squatting. I am still am not 100%, but my shoulder mobility is so much better.

Matt knows his stuff. I approve this message. Question though, I notice that women fluctuate in water much more so than me. When do you get accurate weight measurements. Considering monthly cycles, etc?

I have. I eat waffles and pop-tarts everyday. Your opinion is invalid. If anything it should prove how ridiculous "clean" eating is. That "psychological aspect of weight loss" is built around the eating aspect of fitness. You have an industry guilting millions into removing a whole macro nutrient. That same industry has…
