You look great girl!! Such a huge difference in your waist!! Keep up the great work!
-
I can see a major difference, you look great!! When I did ripped I also lost 4lbs, and about 15 inches, so I am betting you lost lots of inches too!
-
I like this video and as others said it's more weight specific training which is nice, I think mixing it up with Banish Fat Boost Metabolism (all cardio) is a good alternative. I love both they are a little longer workouts than 30 day shred and ripped, about 45 minutes start to finish.

How funny, it's my hubbies favorite feature, so yes embrace it I say!

Did you take before pictures? I feel the same way sometimes, but the pictures really help to actually see it. I recommend taking more even if it's today and you have more weight to lose, it's feels good to actually see the difference. I can feel it, and my clothes and all but seeing the before keeps me encouraged to keep…

Ha Ha, thank you!! yes my butt usually is the last thing to lose, lol. Blessed with a bubble, that's what my family says!

Congrats you look great!!

Thank you everyone, you all keep me motivated to continue!!

This is a odd one, I love my upper arms and shoulders. When I am working out I have a vein that pops out in my left shoulder and I just love it, looks so strong, it's really the only part of my body I can see muscles!

When I did RI30, I lost 4lbs and over 15 inches. Love these videos and toning, level 3 was the hardest in my opinion, oh and I did each level 5-6 days each. Here was my results and pictures. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/578791-ripped-in-30-results-and-pictures

That's a really aggressive weightloss, what are your plans on doing it? Workout's, diet? etc.

I gained 60lbs with my twins (the vast majority of the weight was water weight from swelling and pre-e) by 2 weeks after having the boys I lost 50lbs. I can't say all of that was water weight or wait but it was gone, then the next ten pounds + slowly melted off as I was breastfeeding two babies. I couldn't eat or drink…

Love this Avocado Egg, recipe super simple and so delicious. http://www.newlyweds-blog.com/2012/04/10/avocado-egg/

Can I join in? CW:177 GW: 167 What would you do? : Rotate between several JM workout videos, Banish fat boost metabolism, and No More trouble zones, may start extreme shed and shred too. Also run/walk 2-3 times a week for about 30 minutes. I'd love to get as low as I can before swimsuit season, and here in Texes that was…

Wishing you great success on level 4 and ripped, you can do it!!
-
I did each level 5-6 days each, so Monday-Saturday on most weeks, Ripped in 30 has 4 levels so I finished in 4 weeks.

I've had excellent results doing the 30 day shred, I am now on level 3 of ripped in 30. Here is my results and pictures from 30DS. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/548457-30-day-shred-results-6-weeks

Just wanted to update with my 2 month progress pictures. I have lost another 6lbs this month and a total of 18lbs in 2 months. I wrote more about my diet and exercise on my blog. http://www.newlyweds-blog.com/2012/04/14/ripped-in-30-level-2-and-monthly-progress-pictures/ ps: is there a way to change my post title?

I agree with what other's have said too. Don't give up. But I do believe in taking breaks, your body needs rest days. When I did the 30 day shred I would shred M-F then take the weekends for breaks. So I did 2 5 day weeks on each level, taking 6 weeks to complete. I lost 13lbs total, I didn't measure myself but I wish I…

Thank you to all the wonderful comments, it really does feel so good to see my body losing and toning up. I love this website full of supportive people, thanks to you all. I hope I can encourage and motivate others as well. That's something I never though I would do. The one thing that kept me going on days when I didn't…

What kind of results did you get? Hope you like ripped, I did it today too for the first time, I already feel a little soreness in my hamstrings!
-
I did the ripped in video today for the first time. I really liked it, same basic structure as the 30 day shred, which is nice, but different harder moves. I felt great doing it, but I credit that to just completing the 30ds. I took measurements and pictures today too.
-
All I can think is either you are in amazing shape already? Or you don't have any weight to lose? Though I did do the Ripped in 30 today, and I felt great too. I think because I am in better shape from doing the shred as well. Hope you see results this time too, did you take measurement? I did today and also before…
