It IS working...5 pounds lost is great! Some suggestions: Eat more! Exercise DIFFERENTLY (try intervals if you run, do more reps if you lift, take an exercise class)

I personally never feel bad for going over in healthy fats. I eat at least a quarter of an avocado every day. If I'm in the red because of almonds, olive oil or avocadoes, I know I'm doing something right.

I'm giving up over indulgence. 2 glasses of wine, not a whole bottle. Stay close to my calorie goals. No second servings (pack it up for lunch). Going out to eat once every 2 weeks.

I believe in a cheat MEAL not a cheat DAY. You never want to feel deprived of anything and usually just having enough to "hit the spot" seems to alleviate the craving for me. Other than that, just work whatever you want to eat into your daily food and exercise calories. Logging ahead of eating helps too!

I love the 3 seed bread and cinnamon. It toasts so well! Whenever I make poached eggs, I serve it on Ezekial with Avocado. It doesn't get mushy! I get it at Trader Joes for about $3.50.
