  • Oh, I LOVE THEM. I actually buy organic frozen mango chunks from trader joes and whole foods. When I'm not making smoothies, I literally just put them in tupperware in my fridge for a few hours to thaw out. Quick, painless and cheap (around $3.00)!

  • If you eat clean and drink plenty of water and healthy fats, you'll probably poop clean. Too gross? Pro-biotics help a ton! Not only yogurt but actual pro-biotic pills. YOu can get them in the vitamin section. They keep me pretty regular and help with bloating of any kind!
