You have to NET 1200 calories to feel full and be healthy. All natural yogurts like the Greek yogurt is great. Be sure to check labels though! Flax seed work well also. You can purchase pro-biotic supplements from Whole Foods and the like. They're about $12-$20 but work like a charm! They aid in digestion and balance PH levels.
