Haha, I do love me some HIMYM! To the OP: talk to your doctor. Feeling hopeless even on anti depressants is never a good thing. It may be time to switch brands. Also, it's hard but FORCE yourself to exercise more. You mental and physical health depend on it. Good luck, keep fighting. x

You are supposed to NET a minimum of 1200 calories so you should try to net as close to that as possible. Otherwise, it is counter productive because you are not fueling your body. *** Ha, exactly what the person said above me at the exact same time***

I agree with most everyone else. For me, the key to balance was education. Once I learned (and memorized!) what portion sizes were and how many calories were in a lot of my favorite unhealthy foods, it became easier to restrict. A slice of pizza is about 400 calories (give or take) so I'll indulge in one and have a giant…

Stop eating 2 hours before. Drink enough water throughout the day but drink sparingly about an hour before (a lot of poses are uncomfortable with a full bladder). Please refer to OP. Cardio (or any activity) that burns calories is tracked. Every 200 calories burned is allotted points. Weigh ins (i.e. remembering and recording them by a certain day) are awarded points. It's not necessarily weight LOSS, it's not that kind of challenge, this is for support and motivation.

This is a FANTASTIC idea, thank you! It's more private too (in terms of weight and measurements). I'm going to post the OFFICIAL TEAMS by the end of the day today and then close the challenge. That will give the teams time to communicate who is captain, team name etc.

It bothers me more when the machines are constantly broken (PLANET FITNESS), yet the gym doesn't put a cap on new memberships when they clearly can't accomodate so many (PLANET FITNESS).

PLan and pack healthy stuff...always. Walk on breaks. Be sure to get your exercise in outside of work. Don't just eat because you're bored. Keep up with your water intake. Honestly, I lost the majority of my weight having a desk job. It forced me to watch portions. You're doing fine and look great! Don't worry about it.

Hi! I just started the kettleworx program. I'm only on week one but I too love it! It's such a great workout for 20 minutes. I love being sore all over the next day. I hope it yields major results!
