CHALENE JOHNSON motivated me to do cardio :)

Welcome, push play and have fun :)

Personally I've used Nikes but I always ended up with knee pain until I went to a running store and they recommended Aiscs for my flat feet. Every foot is different so you'd better go to the store and get your gait analyzed.

Sorry for the late reply, the only tools I used in my weight loss journey was: My Turbo Fire schedule and MFP. I started being more concious with the portions and made my workouts non-negotiable. Currently doing the Advanced workouts, tentatively finishing the 120 program by the end of May. Good luck and look forward to…

Its a 90 day program, for the 120 day program you have to buy the Advanced Dvds. In my case I got great results after 90 days but I still needed to lose 9 lbs to reach to my desired weight, hence, I ended up doing (buying the dvds of course) the 120 week program - currently on week 15-. Either way you choose the 90 or 120…

You dit girl!! Oh and you bought the advance dvds what are you planning to do next CLX/TF hybrid?

There is a Turbo Fire group in case you are interested! http://www.myfitnesspal.com/groups/home/3146-turbo-fire-hotties

It's a beachbody dvd workout, it's mostly cardio and HIIT (high interval intensity training). There is a workout schedule (12 wekks and 20 weeks -for amateurs-) that you can follow. I did the 12 week program and I was showing my results :) Hope this has answered your question :flowerforyou:

When I started the program I went really slow, even though I did Chalene's Turbo Jam video and sort of knew the coreography. So my recommendation is to go at your pace, and once you feel you know the movements jump high and kick hard, or as Chalene would say "GO Crazeeeyyy!!" Good luck!

Wow Im in week 14 (From the 20 week plan) first round. Are you planning to do the 12weeks or 20 weeks ?
-
yeah that song was in my mind when I post this thread last night!!

Thank you all for your kind replies. It was very late when I post this, so I just wanted to clear this up. I lost 23 lbs but I used the number of my MFP tracker (so technically 20lbs by using turbo fire/ mfp combined). Anyway, you now know that technically 23lbs were shed from this workout. Have a great day everyone!!…

Awesome job!!

I reached plateau couple of weeks ago, and what worked for me was to add weights to my training. 30DS could be a great option (level 1 is available on youtube) it kind of boost my metabolism and I saw the scale moving, not a huge drop, but enough to keep in this journey. Hope this helps and keep pushing play:smile:

Here I lost 19lbs, finishing the 12th week program this Saturday. Don't feel discourage, keep at it. You will see/feel tremendous results.

-
This is my 12th week of Turbo Fire and so far I have lost 18lbs. I will post my results this weekend, when my 90 day transformation ends :flowerforyou:
-
It's only 12 weeks, 20 weeks is only if you buy the advance turbo fire videos. I'm in week 12 now, and lost 20lbs hope this could serve as an encouragement!
-
Level 2 is very hard, it was a love/hate relation but I made it through. Today I just started level 3 I feel it's easier but this level is more focused on abs and legs. My legs are screaaaaaaming!
-
Great Job... I love Turbo Fire!! coming close to the 90 day transformation
-
I've followed the schedule (90 day) and so far I have lost 18lbs, now there are weeks where you lose only 0.2 or none and other where you drastically lose 2. pounds. Don't dismay, sometimes the scale doesn't move but you lose inches which is good also. Keep at it and lots of success.

Hello everybody! So I've been doing Turbo Fire along with 30DS (I'm in level 2 Day 9) and even though I have done Turbo Fire quite long I felt tired when I started 30DS, there is not much stretching in the 30DS videos so I can blame that for the muscular soreness  Despite that, I have seen great results, so far I…

I wasnt following the diet plan either, only my allowed calories. Controlled the portions, started to make better choices, these are my last two weeks of the 90 day program and so far I have lost 18lbs, let see how that number drops till day 90. Lots of success in this journey.

I'm in finishing week 10 and was wondering the same. I think I might do either C25K or the CX/Turbo Fire hybrid
