Also, there is no specific food to flatten the stomach: In addition to the deficit and excercise, having a late healthy snack and a really light dinner (vegetables and egg whites) does wonders. I swear by this rule, personnaly. Everybody is diffrent!

Everybody has abs under the layer of fat. Just eat clean and do abs to make them stronger. Remember to work all the ab muscles every time.. Once the fat is gone you'll get that flat sexy stomach :) good luck

yeah, it doesn't matter. the body isn't trying to lose weight with you, it's just doing it's job and keeping you alive. if today you eat 500 calories and tomorow you get to 2000, your body will ajust to it. there are no "new calories", it's continuous.

wtf DONT eat it. these things are full of sh** just tell yur mom to get healthier snacks next time and eat when you're hungry. You don't need to set yourself back just to make your mom happy. She should understand that you're trying to lose weight. And make a better choice than pizza next time unless it's home made.

Thank you thank you! I love reading what has worked for different people. I know my body is different. I may have to try different things. But I certainly don't want to go the wrong way :) I will research carb cycling. I dont do a whole lot of cardio though. I'm just scared of losing muscle mass along with the fat.
