I just started doing Zumba (videos @ home) last week and I enjoy it. The first workout was intense and I didn't think I could finish it but I did. My goal is to do 45-60mins X 3days/wk. Eventually I want to join a class. I do agree, the music is very motivating and fun to work out to.

I need the same encouragment and support. I just got married 2 months ago and am not happy with where I am at physically. I have a strong faith and believe the Lord will give me the strenght to lose the weight. I also need some encouragment from others who are on the journey of becoming healthier. Thanks.
