some times I net 786 that is starvation. my weekly average last week was 1464. I am not losing weight and have been doing this for 25 days. I am guessing I need to up my calories. Hey, today is my Birthday! Did the Cardio Party this morning it really kicked my butt but was a lot of fun. Going out the Chicago style pizza and some wine tonight with my family. thanks for the explaination I was wondering about that. I burned 647 cal by exercising today which added that to my 1200 cal goal. So I can eat 1847 cal today. I guess it keeps your metabolism going. I still burned 1342 resting calories. This is my BMR
