Never logged alcohol, never logged exercise.

I can make a case for it being tasty :) It's wot sticks my bread together innit?

You're probably aware of this but just in case ... http://lowcarbdiets.about.com/od/products/a/Dreamfields-Pasta.htm To the OP, maybe worth investigating an intolerance?

I do ... Chocolate and ice cream daily for me on top of my red wine. A couple of those I moderate ;)

It won't take long to read but if it 'clicks' with you it will be worth it. You may think it's repetitive, it is, but that is part if the design and why I can quote it off the top of my head more or less verbatim. I have a thought to have one still, a few years on, and I just remember the book :) There is an audiobook…

Quit cold turkey after 20 years ... Read Allan Carr's Easy Way Book, it deprogrammed me like magic. Good luck, you can't crave what you don't want. When you truly realise there are no benefits to smoking you just don't want one.

I read it, did the grain free thing, low carbed for 9 months. Bit of Paleo, all good fun. I then realised I didn't need to restrict anything as my body seems to process all manner of stuff quite well (and thankful am I). I think cutting the stuff may have help rein in some rampant hunger issues I was having but that could…

I've got a few, especially on the thighs, they fade in time, no big deal to me and all part of a life's journey. Same for my OH, doesn't make anyone less attractive. I think we tend to obsess about the imperfections in ourselves that most people really don't notice or care about.

I enjoyed the movie, especially the way he inspired others. But I think the method is a bit extreme, the body is capable of detoxing itself as long as you just eat a healthy diet, no need to juice all and sundry or cut anything. I think the way that you get in shape should not be too far removed from the way you plan on…

Yeh, I'd sooner buy a 30 quid pair of trainers and wear them out.

Is it better than Police Academy 4?

I like to reserve a spot for a bedtime crisp sandwich, Red Rock Deli Chilli preferably. White bread, of course. It chases the vat of red down very nicely. It's all very sophisticated around here.
-
Nope, I lift heavy. Pints. :)
-
If you want a crisp sandwich there is no other sane choice :)

Whatever is in the bread bin ... Sometimes it has bits in it sometimes if it were any more processed it would be a Mars Bar.

The women swooning has become tiresome.

Cayenne for me too closely followed by garlic. A bit partial to cinnamon in my coffee too.

Why do you need to drink wine? It's empty calories. Alcohol is a poison that needs to cleared by the liver putting fat metabolism on hold. I can have a perfectly good time sober. Water is best. Water from flowing mountain streams surrounded by organic elk. Yeh, only kidding, red wine is the answer to all of life's problems.

I could tell you that I eat chocolate, ice cream and all manner of 'unhealthy' things daily but in moderation. But I'd also have to tell you that 'just one glass' of anything alcoholic is a foreign concept to me :) We all have our triggers and means of relaxation. I used to crave carbs for instance (3 heaped sugars in my…

Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, Massage, Meditation. Is what some people do. I drink.

2 guitars that I've had for ages and my PC backup drive. And I've had to do this recently, not fire but flood, all good in the end but it sharpens the reflexes.
-
I thought that, until I married one :D

I've never logged exercise ... it helps simplify matters ;)
-
Apart from a push up or two it's all I do ...

What is wrong with advice from alcoholics? They are people too!

I don't have anything constructive to say, I'm just duty bound to comment on booze threads. Red wine is the answer to all things btw.

I go through the average working day powered by the splash of milk in my coffee so having breakfast and snacks doesn't work for me, I find it just makes me more hungry. As for fast food because I don't eat during the day I'm not tempted by the various delights of the city, it takes the 'what do I eat?' out of the equation.…

I just wanted to say that your profile pic is excellent. And so are eggs.

Varies, I've had a 100g day this week and a 250g, as long as my day has a decent amount of protein and a decent energy gap in it I'm good.
