Good Luck! Make sure you eat at least 5-6 small (and I mean small) meals per day to boost metabolism. Don't starve yourself. It will only come and bite you HARD in the end! Congrats!!!

I forgot about rice crackers. They are usually lower in sodium and most are between 0 and 1 grams of fat. :)

I also have this same problem. Chips and I are best friends. The best thing you can do is find things that have natural sodium in them such as tomatoes and celery. Most of the time this helps me out. It also may be worth it to purchase some lightly salted things. Such as crackers and chips sometimes granola. I am not sure…
