Porridge only I'm afraid. For me cereals are too processed. I would say to pick the ones highest in fiber and with he fewest corm syrups or other stuff!! (that's just me though!!) good luck! :0)

I work at a desk too...start at 8:00 (whith a few cups of tea). I have a" Naked Bar" at 9:00 and my breakfast at 11:00 which is usually a bowl of fine milled oats, dried blueberries and cherries (not too much) chopped almonds and just before I eat them I add some semi skimmed milk and plain yoghurt...stir it all together…

I am certain that my lack of sugar is the reason I am at my goal weight. I do eat fruit and drink wine but other than that it is only the OCASIONAL treat like some chocolate or a celebration peice of cake. It's not a big deal really. Once you get use to eating as clean as you can the sugar becomes a non issue. A good crisp…

...forgot to mention, the PT made me a great set of insoles which I still wear in my running shoes and would NEVER be without them. It is worth the money having them made by a professional with a mould of your feet!!! Flat feet..what a curse!!!

I vary my workouts...Step, kick boxing, circuits and weight lifting... when I lift weights I work in the TRX and kettle bells and they absolutely blast my heart rate up and hold it there!!!!!! Don't forget this kind if weight training as that is what enables you to burn calories in a rested state!!!!

Start by doing plank with elbows resting on an exercise ball and gradually move it to the floor once you master a few minutes on the ball. Keep your shoulders back and relaxed so the tension is not in your upper body...keep working on it, I promise you will get better at it and it's such an important exercise to do!

Dried blueberries, dried cherries, chopped almonds and a drizzle of honey (if you like) yum yum ...every morning I have this combination (no huney for me) but I add 40g fine milled oats (raw) and some milk to thin it out...could not go a day without and I promise you will stay full for hours!!!!

If it is because of time constraint I say work very hard (really push it hard) for 30 min and then if you want to do a second workout later do strength training..
