Trainers help....how do I log this kind of a workout!?!
I need help knowing how to log my latest workouts.... I have been working hard on the TRX. I pick 2 exercises and work one hard (like jump squats x 20) and then move right into the next move ( Suspended knee tucks x 20 each)... I do that without stopping (back and forth between the 2 exercises) for 3 sets and then do two…

Carbs, protein, fats
Need help with the "carbs, fats, and protein" counts as they don't seem to be accurate! Example: I entered steak and it came up 0 protein! Is this happening to anyone else?
