Sbd knee sleeves for squatting. Loose enough that I can get them on sweaty in less than a minute total. Just enough to keep my knees warm and happy.

Benching all day every day. Everything else is a bench accessory.

According to my Fitbit, average around 18km a day. Purposeful walk? Around 10km.

A lot of this. Except I did get into fitness while still smoking. In fact, I managed to run a 5k in 31:16 chip time while smoking over half a pack a day. These days I still vape and I'm okay with it. My work capacity is insane and getting better all the time. I can walk for pretty much forever. The couple times a year that…

Tempo work can be very beneficial to be included in balanced programming. I still remember a training cycle where everything including accessories was done with a 3-1-1 tempo. Insanely brutal but it did a whole lot to clean up my eccentric phases on my lifts. Long pauses on bench are great to practise especially leading…

Easily the best I've ever moved 82.5kg/182lb for four. First part of 40 reps here. The heavy volume work is insane but it works. https://instagram.com/p/BXjFgs-h9lB/

Eh. I rarely remember to wipe down my bench. I also have zero issues sharing a bench with multiple people at the same time. Now, if I bleed on a bar I make sure to take care of that.

I'm just a bencher. Got my 21st meet coming up at the end of October.

Alberta here. Been taking it easy outside as much as possible and allowing extra rest while training inside. So far so good, although the red moon is really freaky
-
Just banded hip flexor distraction for me. Then a slow easy warmup to my workin weight.
-
When my gym is closed for a holiday I just enjoy the extra rest day. I work hard enough that the occasional three day test weekend is a benefit.
-
Bench. Becoming as mechanically efficient as I physically can.
-
Tates and jm press. Gat stronger baby triceps

Nope. If I'm sick I stay home. My need to train doesn't trump the need of all my fellow gym mates to stay healthy.
-
I'd have to agree with this. And the data we are starting to collect with the gymaware system backs it what body feel tells me. I'm able to hit solid consistent max rep sets on 6-7 minutes rest.
-
I don't really time rest. If I'm closing in on a meet and I know how many people are going to be in my flight, I will time my rests for my heavy work to about where I expect rests between attempts to be. Otherwise, it's just based on feeling recovered enough to do the next set.

I'm just a bencher. Just had my 20th platform last weekend.

However long it takes. Could be 30 minutes, could be three hours. I get in, get my program done and get out.
-
Lifting is fun for me. The laughs at the gym definitely help matters.

Anywhere from 45 minutes to three plus hours. Average would be about two hours. My coach gives me my workload and it's takes as long as it takes. If I'm doing near max work, resting 5-10 minutes between 30 second work sets is completely appropriate. And if I'm in a hypertrophy phase, resting 45 seconds for high rep sets is…

Man it's been a while. First and last triples at 82.5kg from Friday. High end of my bench hasn't felt this good in forever, since pan am prep last year. https://instagram.com/p/BU2I9BZBspN/

Whatever training cycle my coach gives me. He always manages to give me the best version of what I want with reference to where I am in regards to my next meet.

Get it get it get it!!!!

I like red plates. That's close enough to pink, right?
-
I eat enough. Helps tons.

I normally wear Nike pro shorts. If I'm wearing leggings, my thought process is more about ease of getting knee sleeves on than whether you can see something at the bottom of my squat.
-
Push-ups. They always get done but usually involve some whining to my coach.
-
Like - bench Hate - push-ups

First option. Strength stays through a smartly planned rehab process.

I have incline for the first time in almost a year. So so so happy
