I lost 48lbs with slimming world and over the last almost 2 yrs I've gain half back so it's only around 23lbs I've lost :-( My knees hurt my back hurts, I have almost 3 black bags of clothes I'm to big for, so all that should be motivation for me to lose the weight!!

I wish I could lose 4lbs in 3 weeks! losing it at the rate you are by Christmas you will have lost 20lbs intotal :wink:

I'm set to 1/2 a lb loss and last week I lost 1.4lbs so my exercise must of burnt slightly more than mfp said it did

Go into the app settings and deactivate under armour, I have and its back to normal

I've emailed them with a photo of the Fitbit and receipt to show I'm telling the truth, my fingers are crossed they will help, Not sure they will as it was my fault letting him get it but I can hope thanks for let me know this as I would of just thrown it away and not emailed them xx

All sorted disconnected under armour app which automatically installed, all is good again

I'll keep it the same then, I need to change my eating habits and cut my portion sizes down and I know I'll lose weight, I love food to much!! X

Maybe I should change my setting to active and not lightly active and go by that calorie intake?? I set my goals to 1lb weight lose and I have eaten most of my fitness calories back, weigh in day is tomorrow so I'll see what happens x

I'll set it to lose 1.5 and see what happens, guess it's trial and error x

I use a fitbit and I have it linked to my account and I have my account set to lightly active, my fitbit says I'm very active but it didn't want to over estimate on my calorie burn, not sure I've set it right

MFP say I should drop to 1200 calories a day does this sound right?

Eating very clean food, lean meat veg etc.. No sweetners not prossesed food, no white pasta rice or bread! Small regular meals to keep your metabolism going and drink lots of water x Until you see results the slimming underwear and vests are great x

I'm 5ft 4 and need to lose around 16-20lb today I've eaten 1820 calories and wondered if this is ok? My fitbit says I still have 300 calories I can eat and stil lose 1lb a week? Just think it's alot of calories to eat

Yeah I've set it to 1.5lb loss a week first week doing it so I'll give it a couple more weeks for my body to adjust x

Fingers crossed it is water and I lose it very soon, when the doctors give us the pill they never comment on how rubbish we could feel when we decide to come off it, Well I hope I don't feel this this for to long, thanks for replying x

The doctor told me to reduce the amount by half then a few months after to stop taking it, which I have and I'm glad I'm not taking it anymore as I feel so much better, I was so tired all the time, bad tempered feeling dizzy and I'm convinced it caused my weight gain. I was taking it for really bad headaches so I'm hoping…

I've been on them a while and the doctor tole me to reduce the meditation and then after a few more months stop taking them which I have, so I'm hoping for some weight loss results and hoping the headaches I was having don't come back!! X
