  • Thank you for all your comments its really helped I've been eating at 900-1000 net calories and I've only lost 5.5lbs in 3 weeks and that was in my first week, I've not lost anything for 2 weeks Surly me eating so little I'd lose? Right I'm going to up the calories and see if I start to lose the 30lbs I need to shift 🤞

  • I walk a lot and on my feet all day at work running around etc.. I eat around 2000 calories a day and have about 30-40lbs to lose 2000 calories is a lot of food so wouldn't want to eat anymore than that I thought 2lb a week is a safe amount to lose? Will see what happens this week being my 2nd week It could all go wrong…

  • I work in a special needs school so I'm on my feet all day running around with the children non stop I wear a fit bit which gives me my calorie burn My first weigh in is mind at so I'll see what the results are and go from there I guess Thanks for you help
  • I am eating above 1200 it's my net calories due to being on my feet all day most days so i eat 1500-2000 most days but excersie calories make me under for the day If that all makes any sence Thanks
  • I am starting mfp tomorrow and giving up slimming world Slimming world is far to strict for my lifestyle plus I'm not good with portion size Add me if you like and we might be able to help each other One thing I will miss is the weigh in group and having to do it at home alone

  • I'm 5ft 5 178lbs been dieting since 27th December I've lost 6lbs I gained 1lb last week weigh in is Tuesday's so will see if it's another gain
  • My problem is planning I never plan, My kids are 13,10,7 and a hubby so keeping unhealthy food out the house is impossible I do want to lose weight but love food so much I eat way to much of it Going to plan a menu and see if I can make some of my favourite meals low calories

  • I'm on my feet a lot at work I walk to and from work and on average walk 14k steps a day which is about 5+ miles a day the adjustment from Fitbit to mfp used to be an average 200+ calories a day now I'm lucky to get 100 Hope I've explained it better x

  • I used to do slimming world when it was red and green days and I only did the green days which if non of you know is mainly for vegetarians or you had to weigh ya meat if you had any and could eat unlimited potatoes pasta rice veg fruit and some vegetarian foods And I lost est 48lbs in 4 months And my blood group suggests…

  • I would say I'm very active, I'm on my feet all day at work, and I walk my dog 2 hrs a day, I wear a fit bit and it clocks up anything from 400-800 calories a day

  • Thank you for your help, I've woken up feeling a little more motivated than I was yesterday, I'm going to take one day at a time, great idea of setting my self daily goals rather than I want to lose 24lbs, because your right that goal is about 4-6 months away xx
