Hi my name is Vicki and I work full time as a biller for a 100 bed nursing home and home health service. I sit all day from 8-4:30 and most nights I work until 5:30 or 6:30. I do zumba atleast 4 times a week if not more, this week I have added 30 day shred to my list of things to do, but have not been consistent with that.…

I had the same issue last weekend, I ordered a grilled chicken salad minus the bowl just ask for it on a plate. I skipped the margarita and had a sangria. you can ask them to not bring the chips and salsa but i know that is the best part, count out a serving and stop at that.

OMG my story is the exact same, what's up with that, when you get on the scale and mine goes up i feel like crying. it is so disappointing. then others come along but back for one week no exercise and lose 4 pounds????? if you get a good answer let me know. in the mean time i started tracking on this website. we shall see…
