  • My husband was the same way. He would gripe at me because I do higher levels for 30-4- min and he would die after 2 min on level one. I told him to keep at it and slowly add time and levels. Just the other day he came in and told me he is now doing 15 min. at level 4. Take it slow and hang in there...you will get stronger…

She did lunges with me until I would cuss at her. She was great but my legs killed to the point of having a hard time walking up and down stairs.…
  • Try adding some Silk Almond Milk and frozen strawberries, banana or other fruits. I also have a texture problem with protein shakes and turning it into a smoothie works. I add just enough frozen fruit for taste while keeping the calories down. Good luck :)
  • My husband and I juiced for a while and it was great. Husband lost about 20 lbs and I lost 10 lbs on it but the best news is that our cholesterol and blood pressure is now normal. We only did two green juices a day and had chicken or fish with veggies and healthy carbs like sweet potato. We did that for about six months…
  • I got my Revolution program last Thursday so I did a short kickstart last week. Today was the offical start of Phase 1 week 1 and it felt good. I will do my own cardio on elliptical burning 400 cal per 30 minutes on all days except cardio only. On those days I'll do the actual program cardio at AM and PM. It's nice having…
