I took two days off, I meant to only take 1 day, and 1 became 2. But I think my knees thanked me. I did L2D1 today. Ummm.... yeah.... ouch. I am NOT good at the plank pose yet. Someone who has done this before tell me that that gets easier...

I have the same knee injury issues. And the lower back, when doing the bicycle crunches. On to level 2, but I would love a day off....

If I enter circuit training general - it tells me over 375 cals burned.... I adjust down to 300 cals burned. Is anyone around 230 doing this with a HRM and can tell me what they are burning?

I agree those bicycle crunches kill my lower back. I keep pressing my lower back into the ground, but it still hurts. I stop on that one, clearly I am not doing something right....

Easiest and tasty chicken. 4-5 Chicken Breast and top with salsa. Cook on low for 6 hours.... You can eat it plain or put it over brown rice. Yum... (Variations include - a cup of black beans or other veggies...)

Is anyone doing other exercises in additional to the 20 minutes? Today was the first day I actually thought.... hmmm.... I think I may be ready for Level 2 after 10 days. That was a shocker. But I still cannot do that last ab exercise without my lower back killing, so I must be doing it wrong.
