Yes I eat fresh fruits and veggies daily. I make sure I pack them in my lunch bags as well. Also every Sunday I make a big pot of veggie soup to eat with my meals

Yes I am and its so hard to beleive I am constantly watching my portions, I had some frozen yogurt today and I told the server not to fill it up I honestly can't beleive myself :-)
