I love Mio!!! I was a 2+liter a day coke drinker and this does the trick for me...It tastes wonderful and if it keeps me from drinking coke, Im a happy camper!!! My favorites are the black cherry and strawberry watermelon. I also find the generic brands of Walmart and Vons taste pretty much the same and a little cheaper:)

Thats exactly it! The pants are not too small...but after a c-section for triplets and muscles cut it doesnt matter how skinny I get, I still have the spill over (no matter what size pant) because all the jeans are made with lo rise waist:((( Frustrating

Im the same way-No way am I going to gym BUT I do walk everyday and I did buy dumb bells that I use every other day and that works very well for me!!!!

I have lost all my weight, walking on a treadmill! I do fast and slow walking intervals and use mostly the 15 incline...Quite honestly, my knees cant take running and I just dont like it! I walk at a pace where I am comfortable.

Same here 5 '7 and half started around 185 and am now at 149. My original goal was 145 but being so close, Im thinking 135...I also, dont want the belly roll over my pants :)
