No problem. Just my reason and I am sure there is exceptions to everything. One reason other than a emotional problem is probably take out food. Its a little to do with my 15 pound gain.

I personally believe for someone to be 100 or more pounds overweight that emotionally there is something going on. Big differences between being 30 pounds overweight compared to someone who needs to lose 100 and up pounds.

I wouldn't want to commit to a class before trying it. Its possible you will go more since your paying. No way to say if you would get buddies. I have made one friend thru my fitness classes. We have ran a bit together but nothing on a regular basis. We do check in with each other and plan to run a half marathon together.

I know I have missed workouts with new relationship but we haven't done eating out. He Is a pretty healthy eater. Eats up all the fruit. I feel like I am getting more on track so hopefully I will see numbers go Down.

Is it under warranty? When mine broke buying a new strap did nothing. It's most likely the sensor not working. Are batteries in correct? If I recall the sensor is as much as a whole new heart rate monitor. Are you wetting the strap? Good luck.

I have been really struggling with sweets. No advice. I gave up logging and up believe logging will be the key for me. I plan on getting back to it on Sunday when holiday dinners done and the sweets too. My biggest road block is counting dinner calories since quite often I have to know the count of the meal as a whole.

I was drinking a 2 liter plus then some a day. I cut down a bit for a week and 4 days ago I quit cold turkey. It's been hard.. slight headache, no energy and I am a grouch.. plus I am thinking about it a lot. Having lots of ice cold water and.flavored water.helps some.

I agree. It's not as hard as people make it out to be. I did mine slow though. 100 pounds in 3 years.
