Thats why you MOVE OUT lmao What scares me most about the other derpy chick is by the sounds of it if she started identifying herself she was probably less likely to be trolling than this one :/
-
I think I missed the other derpy chick, where should I look?
-
I would suggest buying your own tv and putting it in your own house LOL. In the event that you did actually buy the tv, I would ask your Mum if you can have it back as long as you move out.
-
Yes, this. A million times this.
-
I think if you don't wanna suck it up and take the money of people who aren't following plans right the above is definitely a better way of going about things than posting a massive online rant that at least one of your clients has now seen lol
-
I'm right in saying this guy is an *kitten*, right? Lol
-
Oh I see that makes more sense lol. Weird.
-
If you'd said it seemed to have gone straight through and/or given you bad gas i'd say your body wasn't used to all the grease any more, but what you say seems kinda extreme, so I would say coinceidence
-
I usually say "I'm not interested thanks. Bye". Foiled! If I had some kind of crazy persistent one that kept calling back then i'd probably be inclined to do more than that, but meh.
-
You like any relishes or chutneys? Otherwise, cottage cheese, avocado, nuts, seeds, boiled egg, meats, different herbs
-
Why would you even try canned tuna if fish usually lethal to you? lol
-
Presumably you can eat some fruit if you can eat apple sauce. Just eat the fruits and veges you can and not the others, weight loss is all about deficit anyway. As far as filling up definitely proteins, so dairy like cottage cheese and yoghurt, meats like chicken, fish, or even jerky.
-
If this continues for a period of time I would say you are not eating in a deficit. But right now if you are looking better odds are you are doing it right its just not showing on the scales yet. Scales aren't the best judge :)

TBH you hit it right on the head with the 'ymmv" comment. Everyone does vary in what their set up is thats kind of the point. Thats why you tidy up after yourself so the next person can do their set up and then tidy up after themselves and so on. It may not have been obvious about the rule in OPs gym until the sign was…
-
Probably time to go to an actual doctor then. Maybe get someone to look at you from the side also? Or film yourself. In case your posture is funny from that angle

Breathe! :P You must've known you were going to run into this when you started the job. Either way you are getting paid. When they realise they aren't getting results without doing the work some will step it up, others will quit. Its just the way it goes
-
I am a female, but you missed the point. The point being in a gym you have no idea who is going to use it after you, whether they be male or female, weak or strong, shorter or taller than you, injured or not, or what they like to warm up with. The general consensus in here seems to suggest you would be wrong about what…
-
LOL! Yeah I can agree with douche TBH i put douche and *kitten* on about the same level anyway, but thats a pretty subjective thing :P
-
It was his opinions I found assish/obnoxious, rather than the way he put them across. Guess we will have to agree to disagree though
-
I just watched Broadchurch. Only 8 episodes, but really enjoyable.
-
This is exactly what I do also. As far as "clean" or "dirty" eat what you want that fits your macros.
-
Sorry I can't help with a plan for a multigym, however just letting you know that whether you are building muscle or losing fat depends more on what you are eating than what type of strength training you are doing.
-
geebusuk you are being an *kitten*. And yes, I have read that you train at home (for the record, so do I, and I also don't rerack my weights), but you are still an *kitten* for coming up with ridiculous defences for the guy who is not training at home who seems to think he was doing OP a personal favour when she asked him…
-
When you have dropped the fat you may decide you want ore muscle. So bulking is when you eat in a surplus to gain muscle, then after that you would cut again, which is when you go into a deficit to lose fat. If you don't want a defined midsection it may not even apply to you, but something to think about if you drop fat…
-
Concur with everyone else, eat about half back. And it doesn't matter what time it is that you eat. What you eat depends on what fits your macros. I have at least a protein shake, but like to get some carbs at the same time if I can.
-
Yep. I would go with slight deficit since it sounds like you still want to lose body fat. Further down the line you may want to bulk then cut again.
-
Yeah, if I'm making something with mince for everyone else I make myself something different, or if I'm making something spicy I'll make the kids something different.
-
By here, I mean new Zealand. I could be wrong, but assuming there's not a lot thrown out as stuff close to or past date is sold at reduced cost, and if it doesn't go quickly then it gets reduced even more. That's when I try buy most stuff LOL
-
Saving for the recipe thanks
-
I would if I needed to, nothing wrong with the food usually. That said, I'm not sure that much food ends up in dumpsters here
