  • I'm with all of you! I'm 5'5", and trying to lose baby weight. I was 168 after having my daughter (158 when I started on MFP in February), am now down to 148, and hoping to get down to 130 or 125. Good luck everyone...we can do this!
  • Just did Day 5 (after a few unintentional days off). I have to say, it is already getting easier, even though I'm still feeling the pain! I plan on doing 4-5 days per week. My current weight is 150, and I'm trying to get down to 130. Good luck everyone!
