I was mostly a Cardio person too but am looking to get toned now. I started P90X weight workouts only right now due to a knee injury from Insanity but plan on doing the whole program once I get clearance from PT. In the few workouts I have done I can already see a difference!! Can't wait to be able to do the whole program…

Walked 3 miles on Sunday and a 4.5 mile walk today. PT gave me go ahead to try and run. Didn't get far today but its a start :D

I blew it last month. My knee is worse so I've been babying it. I'm hoping to get some miles logged this month. I'm shooting low in hopes I will reach it 25 Miles for June

I would never hold onto clothes that are 4 or 5 sizes too big. Don't wanna allow myself to EVER fit in them again!!! I keep my current size (and 2 pairs of "fat" pants for TOM) and that's it. I also have the next size down just waiting to fit into ;)

I add powdered peanut butter to my 2% Greek yogurt I also make a special protein shake in the morning. I also eat reduced fat string cheese, cottage cheese, hard boiled eggs and protein bars.

My morning smoothie: 8 oz Light Vanilla Soy Milk 1/4 cup Egg Substitute 1/2 banana 1/2 frozen banana 2 tbsp ground flax seed 1 tbsp chunky Peanut Butter Lately I've been adding a tbsp of Chia Seeds and 1 tbsp of powdered Peanut butter too, to add more protein Keeps me full for 3-4 hours :)

Romaine lettuce, strawberries, blueberries, walnuts, feta cheese and Kens Light Options Raspberry Walnut...Yum Yum!!!!! Eat this a couple days a week and never get bored :)

Just take it slow. Don't dwell on how many pounds u need to lose and just take baby steps. That's what I did and have had success. Good luck on your journey and remember this is not a diet but a lifestyle change. Find things u love and u won't miss the bad things :)

I lost my first 60lbs doing Zumba. Love it!!!

I get most of my protein from Greek yogurt, a protein shake I make in the AM (no protein powder in it), Eggs, cheese, Peanut butter, & Meat. I aim for 100+ grams a day and pretty much hit it everyday without the help of powders. I do occasionally use a powder, one that was given to me.

Prob never will. May take a few days off a month eventually but have no intentions of stopping. I like knowing all my numbers to make sure I'm getting what my body requires to fuel itself :)
