I've been coming up short of my goal every month since my knee injury but here I am again trying to stay motivated and not frustrated that I can't run. Once again, my goal is 25. Just got the ok to start P90X Cardio DVDs since my knee is feeling better so I'm hoping running is not too far in my future :)

And if u gained that's ok cuz u are doing the reset right?? I gained too. All bloated, feeling yucky and can't fit into my pants :/ BUT I just started losing again and believe this eating (even) more is working. Give it time. I know it's hard but fight it. It'll work :)

U don't need to be a bodybuilder to drink protein drinks. it's a great, easy way to get your protein up.
