bump for part 2...
didnt get up this am for my morning run but will walk a little at lunch and do morning run thurs and fri to complete my 12 early am runs in 4 wks....i was up until well after 1130 last night finishing up my freezer meal prep so i knew i wouldnt get out of bed easily at 545 to go for my run...better to get to bed by 10 tonight so i can be fresh when i get tomorrow....hope everyone is having a great day....0 -
