    Hi all,

    I've been active on MyFitnessPal since spring of 2011 and I reached my goal weight in August of 2011. After getting thin and keeping off the weight for over a year my new focus is on getting truly fit! I'm shooting for 40 miles this first month but I'd be thrilled to blow that goal out of the water.

    One of my motivations in doing this is to connect with others on MFP. Please feel free to add me. I share my diary with friends. :)

    9/2 - 2.5 m walk
    9/3 - 2.5 m walk/run

    For all those looking for ticker help.....

    I use www.tickerfactory.com to make the ticker (they have a category for exercise tickers)

    Once you have made the ticker you just need to copy and paste the BB code into your post each time you update the thread.

    Hope that helps :happy:
