Don't feel guilty. We all have moments of weekness. Most important thing to do is to learn from this. Log it, acknowledge it and move on and most importantly remember how crappy it makes u feel then the next time temptation arises u can remember how it made u feel after eating it. Tomorrow is a new day to eat better :)

Yup, I do...I can weigh anywhere from 133.8-139.8 so I've pretty much given up on the scale and just use it occasionally to make sure I stay under 140. As long as I stay in that range I'm happy :)

I had a friend give me a bag of chocolate shakeology and I like it. I put a half fozen banana and vanilla soy milk with it and blend it up....yummy!! BUT, I wouldn't pay the price though. Way too expensive for me. But if u can afford it, it does have a lot of good things in it :)

I noticed mine getting smaller when I started running but have noticed a bigger difference now that I have started Insanity. I hear lifting is really good too

I highly recommend C25K!!! I had never run but was looking for something new to do and stumbled upon it and decided I'd try it. Best thing I have ever done!!!! I love running now. I started it last May and was running a 5K by July :) I ran my first 5K Trail run in October. I have a few races planned for this year too.…

I've never heard that before. I'm not a water fan so I have to have flavored water. I use crystal light and have never had a problem. As long as u are getting your 8 glasses in and not noticing any other issues then I say use it.

You have to create them yourself. Do u have a HRM?? I've seen people burn between 300-1000 per workout and unless u have one u won't really know what your body is burning.
