Are u eating out of boredom?? Maybe find things to keep you busy and focused?? Or if u want to eat something that u shouldn't then do some exercises first to compensate for the calorie intake.

No, I think every week is a little excessive. I have about 2 a month. Not planned ones. Just seem to average 2 days every month (about 2 weeks before TOM) that I'm just super hungry so I eat and don't think much about it. I log everything I eat but never feel guilty about them :)

been on vacation but have been walking.... Wed: 3.25 nature walk with the kids Thurs: 4 mile run/walk Sat: 5 miles on the treadmill Sun: 3 miles on the treadmill

U did C25K so I'd try bridge to 10K next. It's just a mental block. Do the app and it'll get u past it. Put some motivating music on and don't think about it. Let the app dictate what u need to do. U got this!!! :)

I got 5 days left to Month 2. Toughest workout I've done but love it!! Will be doing P90x next and then prob the Insanity/P90X Hybrid :)

Just recently bought it and am excited to try it in my protein shakes and have found a couple recipes that call for it (along with real PB) Also got their PB crackers....yum yum!!! :)

I have not followed the meal plan but have heard that if u want the results they show u on the infomercial u really should be following the plan. I count my calories and have upped my protein intake though so it's not like i'm eating junk either.

I'm gonna be starting P90X in a few weeks and haven't read the diet plan yet. Boy, some of these calorie weeks are quite high!! I eat between 1800-2400 now so it shouldn't be too hard to go higher but 4000?? or even as low as 900?? I'd starve lol Curious to see some responses from people who have followed the diet. Guess…

I eat about 1800 plus my exercise calories am 5'6 and weigh about 135. Some days I eat a lot more, some days less. See how u feel and adjust as needed. Good luck with the program. I have 5 days left in Month 2 :D

90% of the time I get a foot long veggie on wheat, no cheese with everything but olives and the sweet onion sauce....yummy and filling!!!! The other times I get a 6 inch veggie patty, no cheese with all the veggies.. No olives with a little chipotle sauce!!! Yum Yum!!!! No chips or drink. :) could eat there everyday...but…

I'd take today off and let your legs rest up for tomm so u are at peak performance. I ran my first 5K last October :) Eat something light in the morning...I had a banana. Good luck and enjoy :)

Mines getting smaller....slowly. It's my only problem area :( Running helps and I'm almost done Insanity and have noticed it has shrunk. I'm about to start P90X next and hoping the lifting will help as I've heard it does and then it's on to the Insanity/P90X Hybrid or maybe "the new rules of lifting". Good luck!! Other…

I did Zumba DVDs the first 18 months of my new lifestyle change and lost about 60lbs :) LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Zumba!!!! Have fun!!! They are so addicting :)

I ran my first 5K in 28:40. I was running it in 31 minutes on the treadmill right before the race. They say with all the adrenaline on race day u can average about a minute off each mile so u should easily run in in under 30 min. Good luck!! They are so fun. :)

I'm doing the Rugged Maniac in September. I'm just finishing up Insanity now and then it's on to P90X and then I'm doing a P90X/Insanity hybrid :D Good luck everyone!!!

If its zero calories I don't bother but juices, milk, coffee I def do cuz I would not be being honest with my diary and what my actual calorie count is

While on the treadmill I listen to Pandora hip hop workout station. Love it :)

I usually exercise in the afternoon but occasionally can only fit it in at night. I don't give myself the option not to exercise. I just get dressed and do it cuz I know when I'm done I'm gonna feel so much better :)

I think it's an awesome workout. It's quite intense so be prepared for the toughest workout u prob have ever done. I'm on my last week. I have toned up tremendously and am looking forward to doing it again :)
