  • Don't know how much weights you are doing but muscle also weighs more than. So if you are gaining muscle and displacing fat then you will not see the big changes you want to see on the scale, but you will see it in your body and how your clothes fit etc.

  • Got my first tatoo about a year ago and I can't wait until I get my next one. Also on e of the reasons I want to lose weight. My wife loves the thin tatoo guys with a whole sleeve. Don't know if I want a whole sleeve, but would at least go down to the elbow.
