  • nickoner01, i like the guessed ounce practice. Also i see you suggested cardio, I actually only did cardio from the beginning, which I am up to about 5 miles at a jog, or two to three if I am doing intervals. I added the kettle bell weight training to start the toning up which is actually starting to show some results.
  • I drink bourbon, and I just added it to my totals for yesterday and it changed a lot. Apparently when i started losing the weight I was so heavy that even with the drinking I was losing weight just by changing my diet. But now that I am almost to my goal the drinking is making a big difference

  • I did not read through all of the comments, i read the OP posts and her comments about her husband. It is none of our place to tell anyone what to do in a a relationship. I myself am going through a divorce right now and many will look at me and question why am i leaving such a great woman. You see my wife is a good woman…
  • It has been a little over a year and I have lost 100lbs. It has been a long journey and I have had to re-think how I see food and why I eat. I used to eat because I loved food, but now I still love food but I eat to live healthy.

  • Ok since when did the President become a celebrity. He is the leader of our country, like him, hate him, or whatever, I think it is demeaning to the position he holds to trivialize it as a position of celebrity. Understanding I do not fully back Obama or his political beliefs, I just think the position of President demands…

  • I do not know how common this may be but my decision to change was based on tying my shoes. I could no longer bend over and tie my shoes without losing my breath, I thought something was wrong with me so I went to my doctor and found out that I was 340 pounds. It was time to lose weight.

  • A few years ago I was in a dads and daughters dance recital and the outfit for the dads was a one size fits all santa outfit. • If you find yourself becoming judgmental then you need to stop and ask yourself what are your flaws and imperfections. What one person sees as disgusting another may not. Overweight people do not disgust me because I am one, and although I am well on my way to correcting this health problem, I pray I never forget how it…

I have done that before and lost a great deal of weight, but it all came back on becasue I could not sustain that way of eating. I have enjoyed this tool and has helped me…
