You are doing great. It will happen. Someone told me boy I like your new hair style. That has not changed - were it the same all the time. Think they just couldn't see what the difference was - so opted for the hair. Just keep up the good work. You are doing this for yourself, not them - remember that. :smile:

Yes you can. I have been losing since Jan. without any problem . Walk my little dog several times a day. My weight loss has been consistent.

I made a similar smoothie this morning. Used container of Yoplait LF Vanilla Yogurt, frozen bananas, small drop of vanilla, package of sweetner and a tsp of vanilla cheesecake ins. jello pudding mx and about 5 fresh strawberries, couple splashes of skim milk - whirled in my Bullet. Yummy. Very calorie friendly also.

I love to find the 100 calorie snacks. They really help me with the portion control. Have been able to find nuts, crackers, cheese. Just learning about making smoothies. Started using my FB on 2/24/12. This is a real neat tool. My theory is that it is a tool for me to use as a guideline. Nothing more, nothing less. Really good with drained crushed canned pineapple. If you want to dress it up a bit, use some LF Cool Whip to ice. Really makes a nice dessert.
