Hi! I'm 45. Don't put us out to pasture yet! I plan on being more fit by 46 than I was when I turned 26. You can too! Anyone can Add me if you don't mind someone who is becoming "one of those guys" who is fanatical about exercise. It is amazing when I see the more I do, the more I am able to accomplish. I used to eschew…

I scoured Craigslist and found one that I negotiated for $75. In terms of quality, eh, it's a proform. It gets my heart rate up and I burn calories while watching tv or surfing on the I-Pad. I'm biking right now!

Don - getting fit brings about so many wonderful changes in our lives! Being able to do things you couldn't or wouldn't even attempt before, fitting into smaller clothes, reducing health risks, feeling better physically, having greater self confidence and mental fortitude, and one of the more surprising things is becoming…

This is a size large jersey. Not 3x, but large. It's snug, so should give me good wear for a while. I'll shrink into it. Besides, its a good motivator being snug because it accentuates my fat rolls, which i hope will want to make me ride harder to get rid of them! Plus, an XL would have been too big in a month. I thought…
