  • I echo these sentiments. You are awesome! I wish I could do that! I started "running" back at the end of January and I still cannot continuously run for more than half a mile. Running kills me... way to conquer!
  • Don't be discouraged! A little more than a pound a week is great! As far as measurements go- you really can't expect to lose inches in a couple weeks.
