I've lost 45 out of my 65 pounds. Not until about 5 pounds ago did I notice change in my tatas. They only shrank a cup size, but they are taking a better shape. There is hope. Oh and I do a hell of alot of push ups!

But you did make a generalization about "bigger" women. And you were not kind about it. Nothing that you had to say was supportive or up lifting. Maybe before you clump people in one catigory you should think about what you say, and others sensitivites.

I eat atleast 1650 a day and eat back half of my work out calories. I will be slowly adding more calories in as I find the amount that works for me best.

So I got way lost on the how many calories to eat or not eat thing also! Here's how I figured it and it's working for me. I'm 5'9" 185 now started at 198, and I ride horses for a living so I'm usually pretty active. MFP had me at 1350,my bmr is 1628 or something along those lines. I am also a late night work out person. I have heard that chocolate milk is a great after work out snack, that gives me the perfict excuse to drink hot co-co before bed. At least I think so. Lol

So I absolutely love mules!!!! I packed in Yosimite for a few years. I rode a trusty mule named Frazier. I now train the short eared kind, but am looking for a good saddle mule right now to show at mule days. Your pictures are inspirational, and I would be proud to call you friend.

Thanks Amy! I get the high in protein, but what about calorie dense? I'm not getting all of the calories that I need and my busy season is about to start. I'll need every calorie that I can get then.

When I made the decision to put more fiber in my diet the same thing happened. Give it about a week.

I think that you have to up slowly. 100 to 200 calories at a step. And you have to make a counsous effort to make all of your calories good ones. It's better for you in the long run. And if you work on making your body a calorie burning macheene how much fun could that be? Yum eventually you could have a (one) mcflurry…

Any thing on the pandora perl jam station. It never seems too fast so I can pace myself, but has enuff energy that it keeps me going.
