I love sprouted bread! It is a little fluffier than high fiber bread but is a bit grainy. It has a ton a protium an lower carbs. You might want to try it. And sour dough has a Lowe GI rating than other white breads.

I think that you have to eat more calories of the right foods. I upped my calories and dropped my carbs and my body turned into a fat burning machine. I don't really know the since of it like others on here do, but I can tell you that it works! I plagued for a while, upped my calories a little and started dropping again( untill my vacation to michigan) as soon as I platoue for a week, I upp my cals a little more. Slow and steady.

So, from someone who self medicated for a long time. I've lost around my chest but haven't lost cup size. (. I've lost 45 in total, some before MFP). And mine seem to have a better shape.

I don't know if I'm being repeditive or not, I did not read the whole thing, but too much fiber can gum up the works. Just a thought. I hear drinking alot of water can help. From what I understand more than 30 g of fiber can be too much. Maybe a second opinion in the medical field might be a good idea.

YOu have to listen yo your body. I was feeling very tired and weak at the number of calories mpf gave me, then I platued. I upped my calories to just above my BMR and feel great and am loosing again. If you pay attention to your body it will tell you if your metabolism is starting to slow or not.
