Magnesium helps with my fibromyalgia. I take one at night with two tylenol about an hour before bed. I actually have been sleeping about 3 hours at a time instead of just an hour or so. More energy, less aches and pains, and my toes don't feel like stone.

Congrats! What an awesome feeling! I have lost 94 pounds and two days ago bought a size 15 juniors in jeans. My skinny jeans are now too big to even be my fat jeans.

got a treadmill for christmas so no excuse to not walk, cut way down on sugar (soda) and drink more water. 65 pounds to goal weight. I want to do it so bad this year. I've lost 93 pounds in 6 years. been slow but my weight has never yo-yo'd. hope everyone reaches their goals this year

My 16 year old daughter uses it but she is doing pt with enlisted Marines. She is using it to get her weight up as she tends to be under weight. She is enlisting next year.
