                Personally - I'd say whatever you are comfortable with. I don't feel good if I work out after eating. So I will generally work out in the morning before I eat breakfast (I have always eaten late breakfasts - around 9 or 10 am) or late at night after my kids are in bed asleep.                 That's odd. When I was on bedrest when pregnant with my son, I was instructed to ONLY sleep on my left side as it would be easier on my heart and put less stress on it. Interesting how different doctors have different perspectives.

                Leftovers. Make bigger meals (like you're cooking for an army) when you do have the time to cook, then refrigerate or freeze the leftovers. I have a book called "once a month cooking" that basically keeps you busy for one day (or a few different ones if you choose), and the meals can be frozen. A few things might need to…

                That'd be nice! Back when I thought I was fat, but now in reality - I was SO far from it. :noway: My boobs were nice and perky then before 3 kids and rapid weight gain. :sad: And the decisions I would have made... :blushing: Where is that damn time machine!?
