I've now emailed MFP via the help button at the top and asked for an official response to what is going on with the sync issue. Perhaps if a few of us did the same it may help. Just to add I've got the same problem too and have tried the fixes listed. Do MFP technical staff not read this? Between this thread and the previous one it's obvious there is a big problem, surely someone can give us an official response?

Hi OP, I have a flex and I do the following: MFP set to sedentary, goals set according to IIFYM All food and liquid logged in mfp All calories for step based cardio logged in mfp based on my HRM.
