You can look but I asked these questions for my grandmother! She is on here, her name is butterflynana97. I don't think she is eating her exercise calories which may be why. Maybe you guys could shoot her some advice and motivation?! Thanks. btw, these questions help me too! Only I aim for 1700 calories a day.

Did that with fresh raw spinach, asparagus, and some parm cheese. BEST THING IVE EVER EATEN. And according to MFP, it was only 313 calories.

Thank you everybody! All this support nearly brought me to tears! You are all so helpful and I will be going back and adding a bunch of you so we can stay in contact and support each other!
