I concur on all those suggestions. I have been trying to reduce my carb load and try for grilled lean meat and fresh vegetables for dinner. I love the grill pan option on top of the stove. I put my meat in then add whatever veggies I want with it once some of the meat juices are in the pan. Currently I like grilling fresh…
