Only very rarely when I have bad gas or when I've eaten something that's WAY too greasy. I CANNOT eat fatty and greasy foods - they're disgusting to me because of how sick they make me sometimes.

I don't want to know how many calories, grams of fat and grams of sugar I was consuming every day. It would make me too depressed! 1. I never watch television - only b/c a roommate went psycho on me when I had the cable tv turned off a few days before she moved out of the apartment. 2. I've never had a nose bleed or a broken bone. 3. I LOVE to knit.

I think it depends on where you carry your extra weight, and how much muscle you've gained versus how much fat you've lost. I carry my excess fat in my tummy area primarily. So when I gained 10 - 15 pounds this last year, I never saw my pant size change. But my tummy is really noticible through my shirts.

I want to start jogging regularly. Currently I'm unable to job for more than 5 or 10 minutes at a time without feeling like I'm going to die. Haha! How do I get better at this... I'd like to work up to jogging/running a mile or two or more at a time. How do people work up to that? Thanks!
