We're in the market for a new scale. Is there a recommended scale that will sync my weight automatically to my mfp account? Also... we don't own smart phones, so anything that requires one is out. We just use desktops and laptops here.

Slow Jog?
I started running on the treadmill to force myself to start running faster - 6mph (10 min mile). A friend said that 6mph isn't fast at all. It's a "slow jog" according to him. I was very discouraged. :-/ 6mph isn't sprinting or racing, but I wouldn't call it a mere jog! What do you think?

Can someone point me to a good place for this? We currently have 3-, 5-, and 10-lb hand weights, so we desperately need to add to that.

Heavy Lifting - Where to start?
Couch to 5k worked wonders for me because it told me exactly what to do. Is there something like that for lifting? I feel stupid asking this question and I feel stupid walking into the gym with no clear direction on what and how to lift. So far I've done squats, arm curls, and lunges with 15-pound hand weights.
