Hey looking myself, got a pair of shape ups and they are a waste of time, if you find anything half decent keep us posted as want to keep my price low.

Every morning i have two boiled eggs or 3 eggwhites in an omelet, and a glass of not from concentrate suger free juice,orange or grapefruit, it keeps me satisfied. Sometimes I will add a piece of fruit too.

I have been to Zumba in my area, and as the trainer says "there are no mistakes, just happy accidents" My advise, is as long as you're moving you'll do fine. After so many classes you'll catch on to the moves and you'll then start to notice you're sweating more and feeling better with each time!! I Love it.:tongue:

Hey, I'm a mom of three boys, just joined today and I'm on to a 25 pound weight loss journey. You can add me too. This site is amazing. I've been on weight watchers site before, and was doing the points thing, but never have seen such a warm and wonderful response to someone looking for support, you guys are all amazing.
